Clinics Rendering Services to Plan First Beneficiaries

MDHHS has identified some clinic claims with dates of service on or after July 1, 2023, are being denied when a beneficiary has a Plan First benefit plan. The denied claims can be recognized with CARC 16 with RARC N65 or M50. Once the issue is resolved, all impacted clinic claims with the CARC and RARCs noted will be reprocessed by MDHHS.
