Continuing Education Credits
Nursing
This program has been approved for 5.75 continuing nursing education credits by Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Social Work
This course is approved by the Michigan Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative-Approval #050322-01. The Collaborative is the approving body for the Michigan Board of Social Work.
Administrators
This program has been approved for 5.75 continuing education units by PMI (Practice Management Institute) for those holding a CMOM or CMOM-HEMONC credential.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
While CDC guidelines may be changing, MSHO is still following all of the health & safety protocols outlined below.
Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required for all meeting attendees, speakers, and MSHO staff
To confirm you are fully vaccinated, you will be required to either bring in your physical COVID-19 vaccination card or provide an electronic picture of your vaccination card on your phone or in an app such as Clear or Vaxx. No other documentation, including medical health records, will be accepted as proof of vaccination.
If you are unable to provide the necessary documentation, you will not be permitted in the conference area.
Due to the high levels of COVID cases in Michigan, we are requiring high-quality masks to be worn during all indoor events.
· By attending this meeting, you are confirming that you:
· Are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the CDC
· Are not under any self-quarantine orders
· Acknowledge and will abide by the above health and safety requirements.
· Are fully vaccinated
