Hotel Room Block Information
MSHO has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Prince Conference Center at the special rate of $115.00 for  Double Queen room. Visit their website at www.princecc.com and click on reserve a room.  Below the banner click on RATE OPTIONS and then enter the code MSHO. 

Continuing Education Credits:
MSHO is applying for continuing education units through MPA (Michigan Pharmacists Association) for both pharmacists and pharmacy techs.

  • MSHO Member: Complimentary
  • Non-MSHO Member: $75.00

Register After April 22

  • MSHO Member: $75.00
  • Non-MSHO Member: $150.00

No refunds will be granted after April 22.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
While CDC guidelines may be changing, MSHO is still following all of the health & safety protocols outlined below. 

Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required for all meeting attendees, speakers, and MSHO staff

To confirm you are fully vaccinated, you will be required to either bring in your physical COVID-19 vaccination card, provide an electronic picture of your vaccination card, or show us your electronic card using an app such as Clear or Vaxx.  No other documentation will be accepted as proof of vaccination.

If you are unable to provide the necessary documentation, you will not be permitted in the conference area. 

As an extra layer of precaution, masks are strongly encouraged to be worn during all indoor events. 

By attending this meeting, you are confirming that you:
                · Are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the CDC
                · Are not under any self-quarantine orders
                · Acknowledge and will abide by the above health and safety requirements.
                · Are fully vaccinated
