HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
While CDC guidelines may be changing, MSHO is still following all of the health & safety protocols outlined below. 

Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required for all meeting attendees, speakers, and MSHO staff

To confirm you are fully vaccinated, you will be required to either bring in your physical COVID-19 vaccination card, provide an electronic picture of your vaccination card, or show us your electronic card using an app such as Clear or Vaxx.  No other documentation will be accepted as proof of vaccination.

If you are unable to provide the necessary documentation, you will not be permitted in the conference area. 

Due to the high levels of COVID cases in Michigan, we are requiring high-quality masks must be worn during all indoor events. 

      · By attending this meeting, you are confirming that you:
                · Are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the CDC
                · Are not under any self-quarantine orders
                · Acknowledge and will abide by the above health and safety requirements.

The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting that is respected as the preeminent venue to learn about the most cutting-edge scientific research in cancer today. Faculty from Michigan's comprehensive cancer centers will bring the most significant abstracts presented at ASCO's Annual Meeting to attendees in a concise, yet comprehensive, format. This symposium is needed to disseminate current information to practicing hematologists and oncologists and improve the overall standard of care and knowledge base.  Participants will apply advances and scientific and translational research in the care of their patients, list and assimilate the difficulties in interpreting data presented at scientific meetings and enhance physician's ability to analyze speakers' conclusions at medical meetings.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Michigan Medical School and the Michigan Society of Hematology and Oncology. The University of Michigan Medical School is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. 

The University of Michigan Medical School designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
