Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) COVID-19 Toolkit

I am writing from the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC), which is part of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. We are a national organization dedicated to improving the care for people living with serious illness by providing health care professionals and organizations with training, tools, and technical assistance.
 
Given the current COVID-19 emergency, strong symptom management, effective communications, and optimal use of palliative care teams is essential. To ensure that best practices are widely available, we have developed our COVID-19 Response Resources Toolkit. This is a free resource which includes communication scripts for a variety of circumstances, detailed symptom management protocols, and specific resources for palliative care teams, just to name a few.
