MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI) Survey

Jurisdiction 8 Participants Provide Your Feedback

Each year, CMS provides a unique opportunity for providers to directly share experiences with their Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) via the MAC Satisfaction Indicator (MSI) survey.   Jurisdiction 8 participants are able to provide explicit feedback for various WPS GHA departments, enabling feedback on specific experiences with the various MAC functions.
