Did you know... Anthem does not sell insurance in the State of Michigan.  We can see patients with Anthem, but they are either from a group plan or from out of state.  Anthem does have plans in 14 states across the United States.

Did you know... Anthem performs claims processing services for BCBSM and BCN for our members who live in — or are traveling and receive health care services in — the 14 states where Anthem serves as a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan.     

Did you know... Anthem policies vary by state.  To view the policy for a patient, you must first choose the state they have coverage in and then view the policy.  To view the various states, visit their website at the link below!
