In conjunction with Ascension Medical Group, Ascension St. Mary’s, and Newland Medical
Associates, P.C., we seek a full time Board Certified/Board Eligible Medical/Hematology
Oncologist to join our team in Saginaw, Michigan.
What You Will Do
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established medical oncology team. The right candidate
will assume the practice of a departing physician to continue to serve a community need.
Position Highlights
This position will include both inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities, Monday through
Friday.
Our programs are supported by robust clinical trials, precision medicine programs and
supportive therapies designed to enhance quality of life and manage side effects. We provide a

care plan is individualized to meet their treatment goals.
Our Cancer Institute is accredited by the nation’s most notable accrediting organizations
including the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and the Michigan Cancer
Research Consortium NCORP where patients are provided access to national clinical trials.

About Newland Medical Associates, P.C.
A well-established multispecialty office including Infectious Disease, Hematology/Oncology, and
Rheumatology private practice based in Southfield, Michigan. The practice has been in
existence since 1982, and has a total of 10 Infectious Disease, 13 Hematology/Oncology and 2
Rheumatology physicians. There are a total of 9 locations, 7 of which are affiliated with
Ascension Medical Group. 100 + staff members support the 9 locations. All physicians in the
practice are board certified and are involved in teaching and rounding with medical students,
residents, and fellows when on service. The Saginaw location has 17 private rooms available for
chemotherapy and infusions. At Southfield, Novi, Bingham Farms, and Rochester there are 42
plus chairs for chemotherapy and antibiotic infusions.
