MSHO is Currently Seeking Nominations for Available Board Positions

MSHO is currently seeking nominations for available board positions. 

MSHO is a 501(c)(6) organization dedicated to promoting exemplary care for patients with cancer and blood disorders through advocacy, education, and research.

The MSHO Board of Directors is comprised of physician leaders who represent the breadth, depth, and diversity of the communities they serve. Our board members champion the importance of exceptional board leadership and are active advocates and ambassadors for the organization.  Board members represent both academic and community practices, advance the mission of MSHO as stated above, and foster a strong network across the state.

Term of Office: The term of office will commence upon their election or appointment and will continue for a three (3) year term, which is renewable.

Board Meeting Responsibilities: MSHO holds three board meetings yearly with special meetings of the Directors being called by the President or President-Elect as needed. All board members must actively serve on one committee of their choice.

Other Requirements:  Must be a physician and licensed by the State of Michigan with a stated specialty in oncology, hematology, or radiation oncology.
