Additional Update Regarding BCBSM/AIM Denials for “No Authorization”

As a follow-up to our previous Alert, MSHO met with BCBSM and have some clarifying information to share with our membership.

*If you have any outstanding Medicare Plus Blue or BCBSM Commercial claims that have been denied for “no authorization” when an authorization was obtained and was on the claim, you can create a spreadsheet which includes the information requested (below) and submit the spreadsheet to the appropriate area for prompt adjudication and payment:
