The curriculum has been designed for individuals who monitor and supervise the business operations of an oncology medical practice, cancer center, or facility and who devote a majority of their professional activity to financial facility, reimbursement and human resource management.

MSHO has reserved a limited amount of rooms at the Haworth Hotel and Conference Center for the special rate of $219.00. To reserve a room online go to www.haworthhotel.com and enter the group code MSHO when prompted for the promo code.  Only those registered for the meeting will be allowed to reserve a hotel room.  Please note the registration list will be monitored.  The deadline to reserve your room is April 19, 2022

If you are not able to reserve a room at the Haworth Hotel, below are two hotels in the downtown area that are within walking distance to the conference center.  MSHO does not have a room block with these hotels.

Holland will be bustling this time of year with the tulip festival so be sure to reserve your room early!

Continuing Education Credits:
This program has been approved for 6 continuing education units through PMI (Practice Management Institute) for those holding a CMOM or CMOM-HEMONC credential.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
While CDC guidelines may be changing, MSHO is still following all of the health & safety protocols outlined below. 

Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required for all meeting attendees, speakers, and MSHO staff

To confirm you are fully vaccinated, you will be required to either bring in your physical COVID-19 vaccination card, provide an electronic picture of your vaccination card, or show us your electronic card using an app such as Clear or Vaxx.  No other documentation will be accepted as proof of vaccination.

If you are unable to provide the necessary documentation, you will not be permitted in the conference area. 

As an extra layer of precaution, masks must be worn during all indoor events. 

      · By attending this meeting, you are confirming that you:
                · Are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the CDC
                · Are not under any self-quarantine orders
                · Acknowledge and will abide by the above health and safety requirements.
                · Are fully vaccinated
