 TAKE ACTION

The Michigan Senate Insurance Committee has passed SB 492 out of committee! This oral chemotherapy parity legislation will ensure that cancer patients in Michigan can access oral cancer drugs under the same general cost sharing rules that apply to intravenous and injected anticancer drugs. SB 492 now moves the full Michigan Senate for a vote.

The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and the Michigan Society of Hematology and Oncology (MSHO) strongly support the legislation, SB 492.

Please contact your Senator today and ask them to vote in favor of Senate Bill 492, the Cancer Treatment Fairness act without any amendments.

TAKE ACTION TODAY

Michigan is one of only seven states that have not enacted laws to provide their cancer patients with oral chemotherapy parity. It is time for Michigan to join the majority of states in providing this protection to cancer patients Urge your Michigan lawmakers to support oral parity legislation! Thank you in advance for your help.
