NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Templates® for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma.

NCCN has published updates to the NCCN Chemotherapy Order Templates (NCCN Templates^®) for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (CLL/SLL) to reflect the currently published NCCN Guidelines. 

• Regimen information for the following templates has been updated to reflect a change in dosing for bendamustine in relapsed/refractory CLL/SLL (70 mg/m2 for patients of all ages):
  • CLL21 – BendamustineCLL22 – Bendamustine + Rituximab
