MSHO will partner once again with the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) to offer the Certified Hematology and Oncology Coder (CHONC) certification workshop and exam.
The workshop is designed specifically for MSHO and will help participants prepare for the exam. The instructor will cover the rules and regulations of Medicare billing, including (but not limited to), incident to, teaching situations, shared visits, consultations, Local Coverage Determinations (LCD), National Coverage Determinations (NCD) and global surgery. This, along with many other topics our reimbursement specialists see on a regular basis, will be reviewed during the workshop.
